REI MRKT NOW ranks ZIP-level markets for real estate investor marketing. The score is useful only when it shows what data supports the decision, what is missing, and whether a market is ready for campaign spend.
A market can be interesting without being campaign-ready. Single-source or fallback-heavy markets stay in research status until current market speed and rental or investor context support action.
Data Sources
Aggregate public datasets are used for market research. Secret API keys and raw import operations stay server-side.

The product does not currently provide owner records, skip-traced contacts, MLS-level comps, parcel data, or campaign delivery. Those belong to later workflow and data-provider phases.
